Si eres CHINGONA, embrace it!

Mujeres - we often find ourselves comparing our achievements to those of others and start to judge ourselves on what others have accomplished without realizing all that WE have overcome. It's easy to feel like we're falling short when we see women being successful as doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers, or scientists . We start to doubt ourselves and wonder how THEY have reached a level of success that we never will because they have the right education, the flashy job titles, and the career paths.

But exito comes in many forms, and it's time we recognize and celebrate ALL of the different paths women can take to be successful. Whether you're a stay-at-home mother pouring your heart and soul into raising the next generation, a small business owner hustling to make your dream a reality, a server navigating the challenges of customer service with grace, or a factory worker contributing to the economy with your hard work, your journey matters.

Being a Chingona isn't about following society's narrow definition of success; it's about owning your unique path and recognizing the value in every step we take. AND it means fixing each others’ crowns.

If you've ever doubted the significance of your role or felt like your accomplishments are not enough or less than others, remember this: you are resilient, you are resourceful, and you are making a difference in ways that matter. AND remind the mujeres around you that they are amazing and loved every day!  Embrace your inner Chingona and celebrate the strength and diversity of women's journeys everywhere. The world needs ALL of us!
