You Are Not Too Late. You Are Right on Time.

Welcome back, comunidad. I’ve missed this.

It’s been a while since I hit “record” on a podcast episode or typed a blog under the Auténtico banner. Life happened. Grief came in waves. Growth demanded stillness. And now, with clarity and conviction, I’m stepping back into this space—because our stories, nuestras voces, still matter.

So I’m kicking things off with a three-part series to help us reconnect with our dreams, reclaim our confidence, and remind ourselves that we are not too much or too little—we are exactly enough.

Let’s start here: You are not too late. You are right on time.

If you’ve ever felt behind—behind in your career, in your healing, in your big dream—know this: you are not alone. I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to scroll through highlight reels, wondering if you missed your moment. But what if your moment is just now unfolding?

The world doesn’t need you to be perfect. It needs you to be present.
It needs your perspective. Your cultura. Your lived experience.

When we pause and reconnect to our inner compass—la voz interna—we realize that the path was never linear. It was meant to be lived, learned from, and shared in our own time.

🛠 This Week’s Reflection:
What if the thing that makes you feel “behind” is actually your superpower in disguise?

Write down one thing you’ve experienced (a struggle, a delay, a detour) and ask yourself:

What has this taught me?
How could this help someone else?

And then remind yourself: You’re not late. You’re just getting started.
